To BCAA 4:1:1 της Nutrend είναι ένα μείγμα αμινοξέων διακλαδισμένης αλυσίδας (BCAA), εμπλουτισμένο με L-γλουταμίνη. Τα BCAA είναι μεταξύ των εννέα απαραίτητων αμινοξέων που ο ανθρώπινος οργανισμός δεν μπορεί να παράγει. Άρα η παρουσία τους στον οργανισμό πρέπει να διασφαλιστεί με τη διατροφή. Δοσολογία
Ως συμπλήρωμα διατροφής λαμβάνετε 10g (=μισό scoop) διαλυμένη σε 300 ml νερού. Μπορείτε να αρχίσετε να πίνετε 15 λεπτά πριν την προπόνηση, συνεχίζοντας κατά τη διάρκεια και αμέσως μετά το τέλος της.
